Position Overview:
Open Education is seeking a talented, experienced and proven Enterprise leader that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can grow the business-to-business segment of Open English and Next U throughout the Latin America region.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Structure effective and profitable business opportunities
  • Design the strategic Sales Plan in conjunction with the corporate team in Miami
  • Define sales strategies for achieving goals and metrics
  • Manage the Enterprise Sales Budget
  • Analyze and redefine sales strategies
  • Support and lead the team’s strategies for marketing and sales goal achievement
  • Monitor and follow-up with customers after initial sale
  • Communicate to the executive team in Miami on achieving goals and team performance
  • Become a strategic driver for the brand through creative and effective utilization of sales assets 
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing ever-increasing goal achievement measuring daily activities and tasks that lead to exceeding monthly required outcomes
  • Mentor, coach and instruct sales staff on the art and science of selling – teaching solution selling and territory management principles to improve their professional selling skills while achieving sales targets 
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct enterprise/B2B sales experience in Latin America
  • Demonstrated and distinguished enterprise sales track record - as measured by sales goal achievement, deal size and territory growth – preferably in online education
  • Prior experience building and managing a salesforce geographically dispersed throughout the region
 
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills---must have the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience and demonstrated success in presenting to an executive team
  • In-depth knowledge of best sales practices along with success in lead generation
  • High energy, results-oriented sales professional with experience working in both emerging/growth and mature organizations
  • Great collaborator with good interpersonal skills—enjoys and thrives in a culture of individual and group accountability and trust
  • Passionate, professional, driven individual who loves sales and building a company that transforms lives
  • Travel as necessary
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based, entrepreneurial environment
