Position Overview:
Open English (Colombia ESL) is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Recruitment Jr Manager to join the Operations team at local office in Bogota, Colombia. As a Recruitment Jr Manager you will provide services to our 3 Areas (Operations, Service & HR), foster and maintain a close partnership with partners (Managers, Team leaders, coordinators, between others) to understand the business strategy and advise on workforce planning and other recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you will be responsible for Recruitment Area in South and Central America, which is in charge of matching great talents with the best career opportunities at the company.
  • You will also be accountable for attracting the most extraordinary and diverse talent with innovative and creative strategies.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team who will execute on that strategy, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and recruiting practices.
  • Create an excellent candidate and managers experience in the recruiting process, proactively improving dashboard measures around quality of candidates, time to fill and cost of hire with a strong focus on the key business capabilities needed.
  • Responsible for bringing Market insights to the business & develop an analytics mindset within the team, providing relevant market information & talent metrics.
  • Monitor and ensure the accomplishment of all agreed recruitment metrics, taking initiatives to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Design, drive and lead the implementation of other proactive talent identification strategies in the short, mid and long term.
  • Responsible for creating a high performing team environment, leading their goals, objectives, development plans and advising on the best next steps.
  • Lead cross-country recruiting projects as required and execution of senior recruiting processes within the business sector.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Strategic mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven and relevant experience in the Talent Acquisition / recruiting environment
  • You will require strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills.
  • You need to have strong customer and marketplace focus; negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills will be key skills for you to be successful as a Recruiting Manager
  • You will need proven team leadership and people management competencies as well as ability to manage teams in other geographies.
  • Demonstrated business acumen skills, as well as evidence of interacting at senior management level
  • Analytical skills with proven ability to translate data to insights
  • Fluent English.
  • If you have previous experience in Call Centers / BPO is a big plus
