Position Overview:
Open English is seeking an innovative, creative and enthusiastic Facebook Analyst to join the Digital Marketing team at our headquarters office in Coconut Grove, FL. In this role, you will be able to leverage your internet and marketing skills to develop, execute, and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Key tasks will include campaign generation / implementation, development & analysis, identifying and capitalizing on social marketing trends and messaging key trends and insights to internal account teams. Solid experience in full-cycle digital ad campaign management, with minimum monthly FB budgets of $200K or more is crucial.
  • Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize Social campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social channels
  • Advanced Experience in working in and managing bid optimization platforms [Sprinklr, Smartly, Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor, Ad Parlor, Kenshoo Social, etc]
  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, sumifs)
  • Utilize successful bidding strategies such as A/B Test and effective campaign management on social channels to hit target acquisitions volume goals and efficiency metrics [CPA, CPL]
  • Actively test and analyze creatives, copy and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
  • Lead weekly reporting calls with internal team, including communicating key metrics, goal attainment and optimization opportunities
  • Aggressively drive strategic direction on all aspects of managed accounts including testing roadmaps quarterly planning initiatives and business opportunity identification and implementation
  • Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall social ads performance efficiency
  • Set and manage expectation of internal teams
  • Provide consistent and effective support to Senior Managers on forecasting and new business opportunities

    Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be based in Coconut Grove, FL office and work authorization in the U.S. is required
  • Spanish-speaker is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 2 years online advertising experience
  • At least 2-4 years of experience working with relevant social ads toolsets, specially focusing on Facebook
  • Possess the proven ability to understand customer needs, generate creative solutions, and build on-going relationships
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the social ads programs and to expand upon that success
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in meetings, through email, and in writing.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
