About the role:
We are seeking an analytical, tactical and creative Paid Social Media Lead to join the Digital Marketing Team at our H.Q. in Coconut Grove, FL. In this role, you will be able to mix your creativity and passion for data to manage and grow our direct-response paid social accounts.
You will work closely with the Paid Social Media Manager to develop strategies and tactics to increase sales, raise conversion rates and margins, lower CPLs, amongst other KPIs. Key tasks include configuring campaigns, optimizing performance to hit goals, and managing a constant flow of fresh creative that will enable us to deliver our lead goals month over month.
This is a Performance Marketing Role: Strong focus in conversion optimization campaigns and data analysis.
Who you are:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Paid Social, mainly Facebook – particularly performance/DR accounts 
  • You have solid experience in full-cycle digital ad campaign hands-on management, with minimum monthly FB budgets of $100K or more 
  • You are passionate about data, analytics, A/B tests, digging for insights, and have the ability to present your findings in concise, digestible forms 
  • You are thorough and detail-oriented when building campaigns/ads and can spot errors easily 
  • You are obsessed with creative performance: strong headlines, engaging post texts and figuring out which designs drive optimal performance 
  • You identify and capitalize on social marketing trends and messaging key trends and communicate timely insights to internal account teams 
  • You are positive, solution-oriented and take a methodical approach to solving issues 
  • You are autonomous and enjoy having the ability to own your work and accounts
  • Based in Miami, FL and have a work authorization in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in online advertising (min. 3 years)
  • Possess the proven ability to understand customer needs, generate creative solutions, and build on-going relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing
  • Quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
