About the role:
We are seeking a strategic, analytical and creative Paid Social Media Manager to join the Digital Marketing Team at our H.Q. in Coconut Grove, FL. In this role, you will be able to mix your creativity and passion for data by enabling your team to manage and grow our direct-response paid social accounts.

You will work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing Channels to develop strategies and tactics to surpass monthly goals, raise conversion rates and margins, lower CPLs, amongst other KPIs. Key tasks include supporting and directing the Paid Social team, planning the strategy for all paid social channels across multiple brands, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring your team obtains a constant flow of fresh creative by working with the brand marketing team.

This is a Performance Marketing Role: Strong focus in conversion optimization and data analysis.
 
Who you are:
  • You are an experienced online marketing manager, having managed teams of 2+ people
  • You foster continuous learning and autonomous work, that enables your team to grow and succeed on their own
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Paid Social, mainly Facebook – particularly performance/DR accounts
  • You have solid experience in full-cycle digital ad campaign hands-on management, with minimum monthly FB budgets of $100K or more
  • You are passionate about data, analytics, A/B testing and roadmaps, digging for insights, and have the ability to present your findings in concise, digestible forms
  • You are able to analyze the entire purchase funnel in order to optimize Social channel’s performance, assessing metrics such as Ad CTR, website heat maps, lead rate, enrollment conversion rate and non-sale reasons
  • You are thorough and detail-oriented when building or QA-ing campaigns built by your team-members, and can spot errors easily
  • You are obsessed with creative performance: strong headlines, engaging post texts and figuring out which designs drive optimal performance
  • You identify and capitalize on social marketing trends and messaging key trends and communicate timely insights to internal account teams
  • You are positive, solution-oriented and take a methodical approach to solving issues
  • You are autonomous and enjoy having the ability to own your work and accounts
  • You can lead a room and keep them engaged, as well as concisely present your data with insights and next steps
Plus:
  • You have offline sales experience – lead generation, in-store traffic, etc
  • You have Smartly, Sprinklr or other Ad-serving platform experience
Musts:
  • Based in Miami, FL and have a work authorization in the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferably - Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or equivalent experience in online advertising (min. 3 years) accepted
  • Possess the proven ability to understand customer needs, generate creative solutions, and build on-going relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing
  • Quantitative skills and aptitude including advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
