Position Summary:
 
The Marketing Project Coordinator at Open English collaborates with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs, in order to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for handling teams’ schedules, campaign timelines, and communicating with all teams within the Marketing department to keep all campaigns on track.
 
 
Responsibilities:

 
  • Manage project planning and execution process
  • Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects, campaigns (creative assets) and tasks
  • Utilizes continuous process improvement while working with cross functional areas of the organization to improve and timely execution of projects
  • Manages development, publishing, and execution of project implementation plans
  • Manages creative resource allocation and tracks team and individual efficiencies
  • Manages on-going relationships with established vendors
  • Implement project management best practices to drive performance and precision in project execution
 
 
Qualifications:

 
  • Must be based in our office in Miami, FL and work authorization in the U.S. is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or product management with a record of contributions and success within an organization
  • Demonstrated project management skills in a multi-functional environment
  • Enterprise level thinking and superior problem solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools, such as Jira, Dapulse, Basecamp, Redbooth
  • Ability to manage complex processes and fluid timelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Continuous improvement thinking.
  • Ability to build effective business relationships.
  • The energy and focus to be goals and results oriented.
