Position Overview:
 
Open English is looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with strong commercial consultative skills and experience to join our Business Development team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible of managing the entire sales cycle in the assigned territory, identifying and developing a portfolio of corporate accounts in key markets and cultivate new relationships using your existing contacts. You will also develop business strategies by working closely with our marketing and sales team to successfully promote the OPEN ENGLISH (OE) and NEXT UNIVERSITY platforms, highlighting the value they offer, making business closing more effective.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within the corresponding market.
  • Plan sales activities that allow the meeting of revenue targets (KPI´s).
  • Expand recognition and acceptance of the OE platform through product demonstrations such as market events (fairs, conferences), and other account-specific promotional initiatives.
  • Manage the sales process to ensure compliance with key performance metrics.
  • Analyze and investigate the market of the assigned territory, formulating penetration strategies to develop new potential accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, e-mail campaigns and analysis and research in the local market.
  • Manage the integral sales process through the proper management and commitment with the parties involved, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial skills and profile.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales and management of corporate accounts.
  • Professional degree or studies in Business Management or related careers, or equivalent experience, in addition to having the profile and commercial skills relevant to the position.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating oral, written and presentation skills and ability to build a story based on the data presented.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and tracking skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, capable of working in a team and independently.
  • Must be proactive and take the initiative to learn more about the online education industry and related business models.
  • Total understanding of Marketing, Sales and Online Marketing strategies.
  • MS Office domain, particularly Power Point and Excel.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or English in at least 80%.
