We are looking for a talented Support Analyst to join our successful and growing Engineering team.
The company has been growing at a high scale during the last 3 years and the architecture is rapidly increasing, providing us with many interesting challenges as we handle the scale. There are many hard operational problems to be solved, and we are looking for motivated people to help us solve them. The Internal Support Analyst plays a key role in shaping the rapidly evolving e-learning sales and services offering. Using your communications and technical skills and deep understanding of large organizations operations, you will be working in a fast paced and highly agile environment, as you support sales, services and finance agents and teachers following the best practices and trend technology alongside other skilled and motivated engineers.


Technical and Professional Requirements

● SQL Basic knowledge (select, update, insert, delete)
● Experiences in the following areas are valuable: Salesforce, e-Learning, On-Line
payments and Finance
● Experience as QA is valuable
● Strong customer service orientation.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● At least intermediate written and verbal English skills is a must.

Responsibilities

● Troubleshoot core platforms issues and determine source, and advice on
appropriate mitigation actions and workarounds when necessary.
● Interact with and act as a link between internal users and engineering teams to
resolve production issues.
● Strong capability to summarize data as an input for engineering team to test and
solve production bugs.
● Manage the internal documentation/user manuals and document resolutions,
configurations and learned lessons for future reference.
● Help to ensure that the product/service scope and expectations are delivered; it is
fully and correctly defined and documented.
● Keep on track actions to minimize threats and risks and maximize the early
detection of potential issues.
● Define workarounds to solve specific problems when required.
