Brand Manager

We are looking for a Brand manager to join our Open English Digital Marketing group. In this role the brand manager needs to be a nimble and assertive thinker, able to discuss creative and business strategies with cross-functional teams to bring innovative campaigns to life. Someone that can make informed decisions through analytical thinking based on data and can also have great instinct for what resonates with consumers. 
The manager needs to bring strong communication and project management skills to be able to clearly articulate a creative vision while keeping track of all the components of any campaign, including keeping projects under budget and deadlines.
 We want the person in this role to be a doer, someone who can be a true collaborator in a very fast-paced environment, who can positively impact the team and the business without the need of being micromanaged or having an army of direct reports while also collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders.
 
Main responsibilities:
 • Must plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for the "Open English" brand.
 • Develop strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.
 • Create strategic initiatives and implement said strategy initiatives in different campaigns.
 • Execute strategies with multidisciplinary marketing groups both online and offline.
 • Help with integration of campaigns with brand consistency.
 • Develop brand awareness and reputation online promoting the company's brand in a positive and authentic way, which will appeal to today's modern and hyper-connected shoppers.
 • Implement an editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific marketing campaigns.
 • Have a deep understanding of business goals and marketing objectives transforming them into digital goals and digital strategies.
 • Prepare and present strategic content recommendations including targets strategies
 • Substantiation and support materials.
 • You should keep up to date on current events, social media and digital industry trends related to the target consumers.
 • Monitor digital reports and Google analytics.
 • Work with management to establish and meet strategies by creating specific deliverables and recommendations, including content strategy and deployment optimizations.
 • Guarantee the integration and coordination between multi-functional teams.
 
Requirements:
 • A creative and strategic thinker with strong experience leading memorable Digital Marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation.
 • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, prioritization and decision making skills.
 • Be able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects under deadlines.
 • Fluency in written English.
 • Have a bachelor´s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or Business Administration.
 • Have 5 years of experience in the LATAM market in a B2C marketing role, and extensive experience running multi-channel campaigns including TV with multiple deadlines.
 • Not required, but a plus, at least 3 years of e-learning experience, or online product or services.
 • Ability to mix creativity with strategic thinking and demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
 • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience in Google suite (Drive / Slides / Docs / Sheets).
